Apps & Services: WHERE Developer Contest

You could build a widget on the WHERE platform and get it distributed to the masses. Here are the details.
WHERE, a location-based platform for mobile devices, is hosting their second developer contest. The call for work reads: “Build something cool on the WHERE platform, and you can win cash and major distribution opportunities.”
The grand prize is $5000, a GPS handset and an opportunity to present the app to AT&T and WHERE distribution.
Judging is based on the usefulness, uniqueness and usability of the application. Last year’s winner was Yokel, a location enabled shopping portal that shows consumers product availability and pricing in nearby retail stores based on their location.
Here are some important contest dates:
Registration Ends: April 28th Midnight ET (GMT -5)
Semi-final Judging: April 29th (on or around)
Final Judging: May 12th (on or around)
